Log in : Log in to your Shopia account.

Open settings : Go to Settings then Account (at the bottom).

Delete the account : Click Delete my account and confirm with your password.
That is all. No human validation is required: the system handles your request in real time.
What is erased when you delete your account
Deletion is total and permanent. Concretely, Shopia erases:
Your account (email, profile)
All your photos and generations
All your projects and history
Your remaining credits (not recoverable)
⚠ It is irreversible: even the Shopia team cannot recover your data after deletion. Remember to download what you want to keep before confirming.
Export your data first: From the settings, you can download a ZIP archive of all your data and images. This is your GDPR right to portability.
Active subscription?: Deletion automatically cancels your subscription. That said, if you just want to stop paying without losing everything, go with subscription cancellation instead: your account switches to free Freemium with your projects intact.
