Terms of Use and Sale

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Age requirements The Service is intended for individuals aged 15 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 15, their account will be deleted.

One account per person Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all affected accounts.

The Service operates in three phases:

Automated processing Image analysis (furniture detection, segmentation, scene understanding) is performed by our cloud provider within the European Union. Image generation and editing are performed by our cloud provider, which may execute outside the EU: processing is ephemeral, no image is retained by the provider beyond processing, and your photos are never used to train any artificial-intelligence model. This transfer is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, July 2023) and, as a secondary safeguard, by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Storage of your images (original photos and generated images) remains located within the European Union. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Free credits Upon account creation, 18 free credits are offered to discover the Service.

Purchasing credits Additional credits may be purchased individually via credit card payment. Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be modified by Shopia with reasonable notice.

Order in which credits are used Credits are used oldest first: those of your current subscription, then gifted and purchased credits, in the order you received them.

Credit validity period Credits, whether gifted or purchased, are valid for 12 months from the date they were granted. After this period, unused credits expire and can no longer be used or refunded. The validity period is stated before any purchase. Credits granted before August 31, 2026 are not affected and remain usable with no time limit.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing (see below).

Payment Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, certified PCI DSS Level 1. Shopia never stores your credit card numbers. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes.

Right of withdrawal Purchased credits: you have 14 days from payment to change your mind. Unused credits are refunded pro rata to the price paid, to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after your request. Request it in one click from Settings, Billing, or by email to support@shopiahomedesign.com (the form below may be used, but is not required).

Before the first use of credits from a purchase that is still refundable, we ask you to confirm that you want to use them now and that you understand used credits can no longer be refunded. This agreement is recorded (date, version of these terms) and confirmed to you by email. Unused credits remain refundable until the end of the 14-day period.

Subscriptions: you have 14 days from subscribing to change your mind by writing to support@shopiahomedesign.com. The subscription ends immediately and the price of the current period is refunded pro rata to unused credits.

Withdrawal form (copy it if you wish to use it): "To SHOPIA, 46 rue des Merciers, 17000 La Rochelle, France, support@shopiahomedesign.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for [credit purchase / subscription] dated [date]. Name, account email, date."

Refunds Apart from the right of withdrawal above, purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical malfunction preventing use of the Service. In that case, write to support@shopiahomedesign.com within 14 days of purchase.

User content You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Shopia a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process this image within the scope of the Service (analysis, design generation).

Generated images Design images generated by Shopia are attributed to you for personal and professional use. You may download, share, and use them for your interior design projects. Shopia does not claim any rights over generated images.

Shopia platform The Service, including its source code, algorithms, interface, trademarks, and editorial content, is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Compensation cap In any event, Shopia's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.

Statutory conformity warranty The Service benefits from the statutory conformity warranty provided for by Articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (digital content and services). Any conformity request may be sent to support@shopiahomedesign.com.

User acknowledgment The User acknowledges that generated designs are visual proposals and do not constitute professional architectural or interior design plans. Any decision regarding renovation, purchases, or arrangements is the sole responsibility of the User.

In the event of suspension, the User will be notified by email with the reason for the suspension. They have 30 days to contest the decision.

The Service relies on processors bound by agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR:

The up-to-date nominative list of processors is maintained in our processing register (Article 30 GDPR), available upon request to support@shopiahomedesign.com. Shopia notifies users of any substantial change.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Digital Services Act, Shopia describes below its moderation policies and the algorithmic tools used in the Service.

Reporting To report illegal content or a violation of these terms, contact: support@shopiahomedesign.com

Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not accept the modifications, you must cease using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by French law.

Mediation Recourse to mediation requires a prior written complaint sent to support@shopiahomedesign.com.

Jurisdiction Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris, France.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
